This is the juice of the olive extracted on the first cold pressing, thus achieving its characteristic body, fruity flavour and green colour with golden hints.
It constitutes a luxury dressing for cooking both hot dishes, as it undergoes less alterations during the heating process, and for its consumption raw, where it brings out the flavour of all foods.
Thanks to its high oleic acid content,it is beneficial for bone growth, brain development and for the nervous system.
It is a completely natural product that contains no cholesterol, additives or preservatives.

Green in colour with golden reflections and a fresh aroma, the oil is fullbodied with a lingering fruity flavour to give a long lasting taste which leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.









SANDUA EMPELTRE EXTRA VIRGIN
OLIVE OIL

This is a completely natural oil of the highest quality obtained from the first pressing of carefully selected olives of the empeltre variety.
Empeltre¨Medium sized olive (2.6 g.) long and slightly asymmetrical in shape, it is black in colour when ripened along the Riversbanks of Navarra. SANDUA selects the best olives by picking them directly from the tree in order to obtain a slithtly sweet, very yellow toned, fluid oil with a fruity almond taste.
In order to preserve all its aroma an flavour, this Empeltre oil, has been bottled UNFILTERED, for which reason a slight couldiness may be observed.
